Shipping Policy

Our customers are entitled for a full refund if their order is not shipped within 3 days after placing their order.

An order is considered shipped if there is email communication of a publicly available Tracking ID of any of the multiple Logistics Service Providers.

Our customers are entitled for a full refund if their order is not delivered within 15 days after placing their order.

In case of disputes, if the Company is able to produce a Legal "Proof Of Delivery" from our Logistics Partners, the Company is indemnified against the claim to refund due to Non-Delivery.

Delivery of a product will be done usually within 7-10 working days. COD shipping fees are non-refundable.
